Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 cups water

Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth and pour into a glass
