  • 2 cups canned coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sorghum cooked
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine sorghum and 1 cup of cold water to make a paste.
  • In a medium saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Stir in the sorghum mixture quickly with a wooden spoon. Continue stirring to avoid the formation of lumps.
