Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato Washed to removed excess dirt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oli
  • ¼ Cup almonds
  • 2 Cups almond milk
  • ¼ Tsp chilli powder optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Bake sweet potato at 180 °C for 15 -20 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool.
  • In a blender, combine the baked sweet potato, protein powder, almonds and almond milk,
  • Blend until smooth.If desired, add ice.
  • Serve and enjoy!
