- 1 sweet potato Washed to removed excess dirt
- 1 Tbsp olive oli
- ¼ Cup almonds
- 2 Cups almond milk
- ¼ Tsp chilli powder optional
- Ice cubes optional
Bake sweet potato at 180 °C for 15 -20 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool.
In a blender, combine the baked sweet potato, protein powder, almonds and almond milk,
Blend until smooth.If desired, add ice.
