Notes

Mixer alternative: If you don't have a cocktail mixer or shaker, you can use a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Simply add the raspberries, pomegranate seeds, and ginger ale to the jar, close the lid tightly, and shake vigorously to mix the ingredients.
Mixer tip: If you do decide to use a sparkling drink like sparkling water, ginger ale or tonic water, DO NOT close your cocktail mixer with lid or else it will pop and spill everywhere. Instead, use a spoon to mix before pouring into a glass.
Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter mocktail, you can add a touch of honey or agave syrup to the mixture before pouring it over the ice.
Pomegranate cocktail: For a more adult version of this mocktail, you can add a splash of vodka or rum to the mix. This will create a sparkling raspberry pomegranate cocktail that is perfect for special occasions or when you want to unwind.
Parties: To make this mocktail in bulk for a party or gathering, simply multiply the ingredients by the number of servings needed. You can prepare the raspberry-pomegranate mixture in advance and refrigerate it until ready to use.
