Ingredients for dairy-free sorghum milkshake
The ingredients for this creamy dairy-free milkshake are few and simple. Here’s what you need:
Coconut cream or milk: I highly recommend using canned coconut milk for a velvety, creamy texture. To get an even thicker milkshake, put the coconut milk in the fridge for about 3 hours before you make this dairy-free milkshake. You can also use fresh coconut milk, although it will give you a watery consistency.
Sorghum: You can find sorghum in African or Asian supermarkets or even on amazon. Look for sorghum porridge or milled sorghum/flour.
Vanilla Extract: This adds a wonderful flavour to the milkshake. To bring an intense flavour use a pure and quality one.
Agave syrup: You can also use other types like date or maple syrup.
