Easy to make tomato salsa
Dip lovers, this one is for you!
Tomato salsa is probably one of my favourite dips, especially when paired with toasted pitta bread. Uhh so yum!

How to make the tomato salsa
Equipment
- Food processor
Ingredients
- 4-6 medium tomatoes, chopped in half
- ½ white onion
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1tsp mango chutney
- ½ lime, squeezed
- ½ bunch coriander
Method
- Place everything in a food processor, blitz until everything has broken down into tiny pieces. Make sure you stop the processor in between to check the texture as you don’t want it to be completely smooth.
- If you don’t have a food processor, finely chop everything in a bowl and mix together.
