Ingredients

  • 125 g cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 125 g oatmeal
  • 75 g apricots
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 ½ tbsp almond milk

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process on high speed until the mixture turns into a dough. Take small amounts and shape them into a table tennis ball size then repeat.
  • Drizzle more matcha, if desired.
  • Place them in the fridge for about 30min if desired cold. Enjoy!
