- 125 g cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 125 g oatmeal
- 75 g apricots
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 ½ tbsp almond milk
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process on high speed until the mixture turns into a dough. Take small amounts and shape them into a table tennis ball size then repeat.
Drizzle more matcha, if desired.
Place them in the fridge for about 30min if desired cold. Enjoy!
