  • 2 sweet potatoes Large, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon cajun spice
  • ½ tsp black pepper optional
  • ½ tsp sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200℃
  • Prepare the sweet potatoes. Cut them into thin, long shapes and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, and cajun spice.
  • Drizzle oil onto the sweet potatoes until they are fully covered, then add the spice mixture to the sweet potatoes. Mix well to ensure even coating.
  • Transfer the coated sweet potatoes onto a baking tray, making sure to space them out evenly.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Afterwards, remove the tray and toss the sweet potatoes with a fork. Place them back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes to achieve a crispy finish.
  • Once done, take the sweet potatoes out of the oven. Combine coriander, salt, and black pepper, and crush them using a rolling pin, pestle and mortar, or your fingers. Sprinkle this mixture over the fries. Allow them to cool completely to enhance their crispiness. Finally, serve and enjoy!
